How Does Coaching Work?

During the first session we will discuss your personal history and the components
of your life that you like and dislike. This allows Ilana to understand your
passions, strengths, and fears to provide you with a tailored program to kickstart
your holistic wellness journey.

Through a series of follow-up sessions you will learn a range of techniques to maintain
overcome challenging times, express yourself in a healthy manner and become
the very best version of yourself.

How Often Do You Need Coaching?

Coaching is a serious commitment. To enable the best chance for success, weekly sessions over the course of three to six months are recommended for most patients. We offer a range of packages so please contact us to learn more.
